Making a purchase
We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Browse through our on-line shop, when you have chosen a product, click the 'add to cart' button to put them into your shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will then be asked for the necessary details to complete your order. Please check quantity and volume carefully before you complete the order.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted by Sage Pay secure servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Schedule
We will process your order within 3 working days & normally endeavor to dispatch your items within this time, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will keep you informed throughout the process should there be any change to the normal procedure. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, please contact us by either email or telephone. There is a standard charge of £6.00 including VAT.
Export Limitations

Generally we will only accept orders from within the United Kingdom and Ireland. However, we can deliver to the Channel Islands and other countries who do not have a distribution company but different charges will apply for delivery. Please contact us if you order from outside the UK for further information.

Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT of 20% where applicable.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we will refund your card within 30 days of cancellation. Please note we do not refund postage when returning goods to us unless they are deemed faulty. Goods may be returned under a guarantee 28 days after receiving them. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We have a 28-day no quibble returns policy. The goods must be in the same condition in which they were received and must not have been used. If goods are being returned because they are faulty then we will reimburse your postage costs, if however they are being sent back for any other reason then we will refund the cost of goods only.

When posting items back to us we strongly recommend using a signed-for service from the post office for your own security and peace of mind. Practisol cannot be held responsible for returned items claimed as lost in the post. Your attention is drawn to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) where certain statutory rights of customers are set out.
